Funny story: I accidentally chose a funeral arrangement to cheer up my wife. whoops. Luckily, I got a call from Steve’s Floral. They noticed that the message on my card did not match the arrangement and offered to prepare something more fitting. Of course I differed to the pros and I’m glad I did. The flowers and the arrangement are beautiful and my wife loves them. I wish I had caught the name of the woman who called and fixed my mistake. She turned a first time customer into a lifetime customer. Thanks!
